Hello,  Your withdrawal was sent, you can see it on the public blockchain. But it still needs to be confirmed by the bitcoin network before you can see it in your wallet. This takes time because the network is very slow at the moment.  But don't worry, the transaction will be confirmed once the network clears out.  Unfortunately we can't speed up the process as the delay is caused by the bitcoin network itself.
